Here is the method we have in place to get these wire baskets from our warehouse to you:

From the Product Table page, you can view specifications for each basket and then proceed to the corresponding ordering page of type of basket.

Once on the ordering page, you first need to decide whether you would like to pay for shipping through an account with a freight service you already have or prepay for shipping and let us send the shipment through Yellow Transportation, Inc. 

If you wish to use your own shipping account, use the first ordering buttons as instructed on the ordering page.  If you would like to prepay for shipping, use the table on the ordering page as instructed.  The ordering buttons will bring up the the PayPal shopping cart.

We process payments with PayPal, with which you may make payments via credit card, instant transfer from a bank account, or an eCheck with a free PayPal account, or via credit card only without such an account.  The "Add to Cart" button will add one lot of 10 baskets to your order.  The baskets are only available in stacks of 10, and each lot ("Qty" on the shopping cart page) corresponds to one stack of 10 (i.e., a quantity of 2 on the shopping cart page corresponds to 2 stacks of 10, or 20 baskets).

Once your order is complete click the "Secure Checkout" button to proceed to payment.  There is an 8% State of Illinois sales tax added to each order.

If you have chosen to use your own freight service account, no shipping costs will be added.  We ask that you include your freight service of choice as well as your account number in the "Additional Information" box during checkout.  We will contact you to confirm the order and account number, and we will arrange the shipment through your freight service and send it collect.  We will contact you once more with shipment information and expected time of delivery.

If you have chosen to prepay and let us use Yellow Transportation, an approximated shipping cost will be added to your order.  These approximations may vary from actual shipping costs, especially for very large orders, and would likely be higher than actual costs.  Should a large discrepancy exist between the shipping charges and we actually pay the shipper, we will contact you with a refund of the extra money.  (Note:  Due to this process, you may find it more convenient and time-saving to use your own freight service account, if you have one. However, if you prepay, you will only pay for the full cost of the shipment and be refunded all additional money from your initial payment.  Please contact us if you need any further information.)  Once we receive your order, accept your payment, and send out the shipment, we will send you an e-mail concerning package tracking information and an expected time of delivery.
